Please complete the form on this page to submit your expression of interest by Monday 15 April 2024 to access the early bird rates. Registrations on the regular rate are accepted until Friday 3 May 2024.

- Latin America is a fast-growing market with a population of more than 645 million people
- Colombia, Peru and Chile have a combined population of more than 96 million people
- Education continues to play a key role in the region’s growth, with a focus on quality
- Government investment in developing the region’s education system and promote scholarship for post graduate studies
- Latin America is a key international student source market for diversification in Australia and NSW
- There are 15,657 Latin-Americans (Colombia, Peru, and Chile) studying in NSW from January to December 2023, a 40% increase from 2022 (9,375 students).
Objectives
- Increase quality student recruitment numbers from Latin America to NSW
- Raise awareness and showcase NSW’s education excellence, support for international students and the benefits of studying in NSW, leveraging the Study NSW brand
- Broaden opportunities for NSW education providers and education related businesses to secure commercial outcomes in Latin America
- Raise awareness about the quality of NSW education and research and showcase the capabilities of our education providers and education related businesses.

Participation cost
There is a participation fee for the Expo Vente Australia in Latin America.
- Early Bird Rate: USD $2,100 per city
- Early bird rate expires Tuesday 30 April 2024
- Register your interest by Monday 15 April 2024 to access the early bird rate.
- Regular Rate: USD $2,600 per city
- Registrations on the regular rate are accepted until Friday 3 May 2024.
The participation fee will cover:
- Provision of your organisation’s stall at the Education Expo
- Registration to NSW Alumni Events
- Registration to NSW Education Roundtables
- Your organisation’s logo included in the Expo’s campaign from July to October 2024, including digital and print campaign.
The fees will not cover flights, meals, accommodation, or ground transport.
