City of Wollongong International Student Welcome
The University of Wollongong (UOW), Wollongong City Council and community partners jointly welcomed international students at a ‘Welcome to Wollongong’ event on Wednesday 27 March at Wollongong Town Hall.
The event provided a great opportunity for international students to explore various support services offered by UOW and local community partners.

The welcome event recognised and celebrated international students' contributions to Sydney’s vibrancy, livability and cultural diversity. The event also marked the start of new and returning international students' journey, helping students to make lifelong connections in Sydney.
Students also have opportunities to meet a variety of organisations that offer a range of wonderful volunteering opportunities and support services at the event.
