Sydney: a study destination with something for everyone
William is a student from Vietnam completing a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Design at the University of New South Wales.
About William
William chose NSW because Sydney has it all – easy access to beautiful beaches, a vibrant city and scenic nature. He especially loves watching sunsets at Manly Beach and camping with friends in Glenworth Valley.
One of William’s favourite experiences was volunteering for the Australia Vietnam Leadership Dialogue, and at the Study NSW Careers Expo for International Students. Moving forward, William hopes to pursue a career in video editing, media education or even YouTube content creation.

“I suggest international students moving to NSW find a hobby and nurture it. This will make it easier to meet people and find friends. Make sure you practice speaking English and accept opportunities and challenges that come your way!”
